The Ministry of Interior of Türkiye is the main authority to grant any type of visa; therefore, the timeframefor completingthe application process cannot be guaranteed by this Consulate General.

Note: Spouse (husband /wife), children, and parents can apply for a Family Unification visa (one of the spouses must be a Türkiye Citizen or have a valid residence permit in Türkiye or have a valid work visa in Türkiye). A Notarized invitation letter shall include the Türkiye Identity Number / Foreigner identity number, residential address, and contact number of the inviting person, a list of the invitees, the duration of the visit, the purpose of the visit, and the relationship with the applicant. Additionally, the inviting person must declare in the invitation letter who will cover the travel expenses of the invitees.

CONDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR ALL VISA APPLICANTS:

• If the applicant is a government officer, an Ex-Pakistan Leave Paper or NOC is required.

• If the applicant is travelling with an accompanying person who already has a valid Turkish sticker visa / E-Visa/ Residency Permit, a copy of the aforementioned document of the company is required.

• (In case the applicant has a sponsor) An affidavit letter from the sponsor on stamp paper for covering the expenses, along with the proof of income (like business letter, NTN, bank statement, salary, duration of the employment, etc), and demonstrating the relationship with the applicant. If the sponsor is living abroad, the sponsorship letter needs to be attested by the diplomatic missions of Pakistan.

• If the old passport of the applicant is lost, a Police report and its English translation are required.

• If the applicant is an owner of a business, supporting documents proving ownership, as well as official documents showing the company's financial standing, and its English translation is required.

• (If the applicant is a freelancer) Recent contracts signed by the company and himself/herself.

• If the applicant is a professional, a Professional Qualification Certificate (PMDC, Engineering Council/Bar Associate Letters, etc.) / Skill Certificate is required.

• If the applicant is a student, a bona fide letter confirming enrollment by an educational institution is required.

• If the applicant is under 18 years old and intends to travel without one or both parents, the original consent letter of the absent parent(s) is/are required on stamp paper and should be attested by the Notary Public. If one of the parents is deceased, a Death Certificate from the Union Council is needed. For separated parents, a consent letter from the child's guardian and notarized guardianship papers must be submitted. In case parents are living abroad, a consent letter from the parents should be attested by the diplomatic missions of Pakistan.

• For a group visa application, the sponsoring company must submit a business letter (mentioning the budget of the group trip) along with business registration documents and a bank statement.

• For applying multiple entry visa, the passport must be valid for at least 1 year and applicant must have visited Türkiye at least twice.

Submitting all the required documents does not guarantee the Turkish visa.
